Last updated 11 months ago

In this section you can update your add-on from now on. When a new public version is released it will show up when you press the 'Check for updates' button. If a new version is available it will show its version number. When you click update (version number) it will start updating the add-on. All add-on settings should be the same as before you updated. You can choose to set the updater to automatically check for for updates and a interval can be set for the when it should check for the update.

After an update has been installed the updater will instruct you to restart blender. This is an important requirement and will make sure the blender handles the update correctly!

Re-install old version of add-on

If for some reason you want to go back to a previous version of the add-on you can do so by pressing the (Re)install addon version button. All available older version will be displayed and you can choose the version you want to work in. If installing an older version from the current version does not seem to work you can uninstall the add-on and install the desired version via a zip. Please keep in mind that Blender Universe Kit 0.3.0 is our transition from Alpha to Beta. Older versions then 0.3.0 will not be available after its release. When new updates get released the lowest available version might change to a higher number.
